Sea To Sushi
We’re passionate about our food, as you can probably tell, so we wanted to take you on a little journey from Sea to Sushi.
Since opening our first restaurant back in 1997, YO! Sushi has sourced all fish from reputable suppliers who share our same concerns with regards to environmental issues and sustainability of at-risk species through over fishing and the subsequent depletion of certain fish. So for example, we do not, and will never sell bluefin tuna.
We care about the journey of our food to ensure the best tasting and freshest dishes land onto your conveyor belt, so you can eat happy with a clear conscience.
