Mike Lewis, YO! Sushi’s award winning Group Executive Chef, (Menu Innovation of the Year 2014, Acorn Award Winner 2007) gets his inspiration from many areas, including 20 years experience in Asian cuisine and his extensive travels to Japan and our international franchise territories, whilst Werner Coetzee our Food Brand expert ensures dishes have that special YO! factor and are presented in an appealing way. We have over 80 recipes on our restaurant menu, this changes once a year with Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer specials served in addition.
