Mike Lewis, YO! Sushi’s award winning Executive Chef, (Acorn Award Winner 2007) gets his inspiration from many areas, including the other chef's at YO! Sushi and his extensive travels to Japan and our international franchise territories, whilst Werner Coetzee our Food Brand expert ensures dishes have that special YO! factor and are presented in an appealing way. We have over 80 recipes on our restaurant menu, this changes once a year with Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer specials served in addition.
