We serve sushi rolls, sashimi, Asian inspired salads with a large range of classic hot Japanese dishes (rice, noodles, katsu and tempura) on color/price coded dishes via a sleek, snaking conveyor belt.

Reasonable build out costs, flexible foot print, an exceptional food margin and a system that requires low skill labor offers compelling unit economics.

Franchisee ideal criteria

We seek experienced, multi-unit operators and franchisees to partner with us in new markets throughout the United States. The basic requirement of you and your company is below:-

• Proven restaurant industry success with relevant experience?
• Passion and ability to develop a minimum of three (3) YO! Sushi’s within a defined territory?
• A love of sushi and Asian food

In addition to the above, you must meet minimum net worth and liquidity (cash or cash equivalent) requirements defined by us.
