At YO! Sushi, naturally it's our business to be obssessed with fish provenance - so for example since starting our restaurant business back in 1997, YO! Sushi has never sold, and will not sell Bluefin tuna.

We source all our fish from reputable suppliers and follow recommendations by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) to ensure we offer our customers sustainable, approved and certified wild fisheries products. We also do not supply any species on the IUCN Red List.

We constantly monitor our sustainability - click here to see how we rate against the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) standards. There are areas where our rating is amber which is acceptable, however, we are continually working hard with our suppliers to provide the best solution at the best value for our customers.
