Jiro Dreams of Sushi

Critically acclaimed ‘Jiro Dreams of Sushi’ premieres in London tomorrow! (Friday 11th January)

The movie follows legendary Jiro Ono, 85 year old owner of Michelin 3-Star restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo. His quest is to perfect the art of sushi, and viewers are given a fascinating insight into his life as well as his two sons, who are also sushi chefs.

“Beautiful, thoughtful and engrossing,” the film earned a rating of 99% on Rotten Tomatoes - no mean feat!

The film will be shown in London Hackney Picturehouse for a week from tomorrow, as well as at various Picturehouses around the UK on Tuesday 15th January.
