Come along to our 3 hour Sushi School Fish class at Farringdon, London and learn as part of an intimate class size how to choose (and where to buy) your fish, as well as preparing and cutting various types of fish. You'll be taught in a professional training kitchen (home to our very own Development Chef at YO! Sushi's Head Office). 

You'll take home a fantastic sashimi knife (normal RRP £20), to keep and enjoy the premium fish we use in our very own restaurants (the cut of the fish is the finest sashimi grade worth £30), a YO! Sushi apron and a glossy 'step by step' booklet so you can practice at your own leisure!

No previous knowledge is required - you'll leave our class with the ability to impress someone with your sharp new fish cutting skills.
