The food was awsome and so is the service I would strongly recomed going there it is a must for all bikers and v-loggers alike to pop in and have a meal or a quck snack I will try and caputre on film next ... (read more)time im down and i also hope to bring others and a must especially for me will be to get there on a sunday for the all you can eat buffet for my experiance I found lots of new things that i have never tried before as well as great recomendations from the awsome staff like Shelley whose recomendations of the spicy squid and the avacado and salmon wrap was fantastic and very skilled pleasent polite chef that prepared the wrap service was quick with a smile and laugh the whole atmosphere was incredable and well worth it on any occasion a must if in aberdeen get down there

Wow! It was soo cool! I had tasted packet sushi from Tesco's and always loved it, but tasting wonderful fresh sushi from YO!, *-* my mouth drools at the thought! I am a regular at YO! sushi in aberdeens union square and i always have a great time. the staff there are so friendly and always do their best to serve quickly and always make me and my friends feel at ... (read more)ease.
Last time i was there with a group of 7 and they cleaned up 2 booths really quickly so we weren't waiting for ages. the food as always was to die for. I had my 40% this time round and it was the cherry on top of my experience as i got a litle bit of money of my love of sushi!!

I brought my 13 year old son into your restaurant to try the food (I've been into the Victoria Station branch before now). I had my reservations as he doesn't normally eat this sort of food at all but I was pleasantly surprised as he absolutely loved it and tucked into anything and everything that took his fancy. We're hoping to bring 'Dad' in for some food this weekend. I think you have a young convert there!!

My partner and myself went to Yo! Sushi for dinner to celebrate my 30th birthday earlier this week. ... (read more)It was busy so we had to wait for a seat however we didn't have to wait long. Service was great, to the point that a waiter gave my partner a dish that he had watched patiently been made and then it went in the opposite direction on the belt! Food was great as was the beer to go with it.

I'd never been to Yo! Sushi before so wasn't really sure what to expect plus, I've never had sushi in my life and I had no clue how to use chopsticks! The staff were lovely, really helpful and gave honest ... (read more)opinions on things. The food was better than I thought, it was amazing! I had rice and then fruit, both things were soo good. The prices could have maybe been a tiny bit lower but it's still good enough. Can't wait to go back!

I love sushi but had only ever had it from a supermarket. Loved the whole experience. My girlfriend had never tried anything like it before and is now addicted.

On Friday I was offered a complimentary meal at Yo Aberdeen after my previous experience which wasn't that great. I will say however, my experience on Friday was very enjoyable.

Service was friendly ... (read more)and the waiters were polite. The product range available at the restaurant was very diverse and I even saw some plates I've never seen before. The atmosphere was buzzing and there was a good vibe.

I would just like to thank you for offering this complimentary meal and that I'm almost certain my first bad experience at the restaurant was an isolated incident.

I was in your Union Square restaurant today (16 November) during my lunch break from work. The Yo!Sushi experience seemed to go from bad to worse from the outset.

There was seven people in our group so ... (read more)we realised we would not be able to sit together and informed the staff that it would be ok to seat us in groups of 2s or 3s. However this was ignored and people behind us in the queue were seated first.

I then reaffirmed this with your team and then they thought it would be acceptable to seat 6 of us together, leaving one person to sit alone. This person then decided Yo!Sushi was not for them and left.

Another member of the group and I decided to order some food from the menu and placed these orders separately. Our orders were taken incorrectly and instead of being given 'Chicken Yakisoba' my friend was given 'Chicken Rice' whilst I on the other hand ordered 'Chicken Katsu Curry' and received 'Chicken Katsu'. We obviously did not accept these items and they were returned to the kitchen.
Upon which, another waitress came over and asked us why we had returned these to which we replied they were the wrong items. She found inconceivable that both orders were incorrect and proceeded to treat us as though we had lied to the chefs in the kitchen. This made both my friend and myself feel extremely uncomfortable and almost pressured into accepting these dishes.

This member of staff was female, with long straight black hair. She sounded as though she was from the Eastern European area however I cannot be 100% sure of this.

I brought my concern up with 'Yoshe' who was working on the till at the time and she was very helpful in directing me to this website to air my concerns. May I also point out that I was in the restaurant on the previous day and 'Craig' was extremely welcoming and friendly. He made my first Yo!Sushi experience very enjoyable and should be commended for this.

Firstly may I commend you on your fantastic restaurant, wonderful food, polite friendly service and 10/10 for noticable hygiene and handwashing! I will most definately be returning next pay day! Only 2 ... (read more)small points, firstly why only fruit for desert before 3pm, I went in for lunch to have a main meal and when my friend requested the raspberry and chocolate truffle she was informed that it was not available until 3pm and it was currently only 1:30pm. Also the design of the restaurant is not conducive to smooth service in that when we got up to pay there appeared to be one long queue mixed up with some people wishing to pay for their meals and others wishing to be seated with no direction from staff on who should be standing where, altogether a little confusing. However as I say we had a fantastic meal and a fantastic taste experience, we will most definately be returning in the future (although not until pay day as the prices are not exactly commpetitive). A big thank you to all the friendly and efficiant staff!

I have been waiting for 7 years for something like this to come to Aberdeen. I lived in Hong Kong for a part of my life and I took having Japanese food, convenient transport as well as shopping till 11pm ... (read more)for granted.

Coming over to Aberdeen for my studies was like going back in time. All shops closed at 5pm, transport is not as convenient and most of all, I missed Sushi.

Thank you for coming over and setting up shop in Aberdeen. You guys make my day everytime I visit.
