I just wanted to let someone know how fantastic all the staff were at yo sushi in brighton on saturday.
we were looked after by ?ricardo and a few of the other girls too. they were all so helpful and ... (read more)sweet with the children who all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. they were really happy to leave with their little take away boxes and sushi making diplomas.Thank you all so much.

My wife, I and other members of our family really enjoy each visit to your stores and I would like to particular highlight a recent visit.

Within ... (read more)the last 10 days, my wife and I have been doing some travel for various reasons around the UK and have visited your Bluewater branch, Metro Centro ( Gateshead - Newcastle) and very recently your Brighton branches.

I think this puts us in a good position to accurately describe Yo Sushi and we are very impressed.

Particularly with the Newcastle store as the food was by far the best we have experienced at a Yo Sushi. The service was fantastic and even the chef was making suggestions when we wanted to try something new and different.

I would like to let you know this as all stores delivered very high standards with all aspects of food quality, service and experience.

We enjoy and will continue to enjoy the food and service provide by Yo Shushi and thank you for this.

I love YO Brighton!
I eat there at least 4 times a week and the service and food is always superb!
Definitely the BEST YO!
Welcoming... Friendly... Generally, make you feel like part of the family.
Nate ... (read more)and Jin serve me most of the time - they're fantastic staff, there's always an easy flow of conversation and they always "put the customer first".

I came for a bite to eat on Monday night, and although the place was very busy due to the Blue Monday offer, the service we received from Danni and Nate was excellent, as always. Really friendly, efficient, ... (read more)helpful and quick, with no pushiness or hassle. We felt welcome and looked after, and really enjoyed our meal.
I actually come in a lot for my lunch during the week (always the same takeaway box), and Nate is always so friendly, chatty and helpful, and all the staff always make me feel valued. I never feel like just another customer and they always go the extra mile, such as making up a takeaway box for me if there isn't one, and making it seem like a pleasure rather than a chore. Nate is a really brilliant guy, and a real credit to Yo Sushi. He always greets me with a smile, even when he's busy. You obviously choose your staff really well, based on their friendliness and customer service, which nowadays is very rare.
I will continue to come to Yo Sushi for my lunch and for dining out in the evenings, and would not hesitate to recommend the Brighton restaurant to my friends, largely because of the service.

I was quite worried when walking into your store in brighton, as ive never come to YO sushi! or really tried sushi before (although i knew i loved cooked japanese food) the waiter was extra friendly, and ... (read more)took down my order, and even gave me a few tips with my soy sauce like adding a pinch of ginger (even showing me the best amount to use) and explaining every order that i was curious about, but it was not just the waiter that made my vist a welcomed one!.

at one point i tried to grab a dish of the converyer belt but couldnt quite get a grip on it so i had to let it pass, then suddenly i looked up and the chef had grabbed the dish up for me and was handing it to me, which i found excellent as he was busy and i wasnt expecting any assistance i was more than prepared to wait for it to come back round! so it was a pleasent surprise when he dropped what he was doing to help me :D

the blue mondays are excellent! i went in thinking i could only afford two dishes as i was not aware of the monday deals, so i ended up having 5!

I will be returning hopefully every monday!

Prawn in crumb was totally 'soggy' and very unpleasant. Not edible. A real shame as the rest of the order was great and online service/ phone contact was great.
