I have been to many of yo sushi london stores, but having visited bluewater today by far is it the best food and service I have experienced. My partner and I order many dishes all were fantastic and served ... (read more)very quickly. The kitchen was full of energy and even tho the store was very busy, the belt selection and food quality was great. Special mention to our server who to excellent care of us leanne.

I really enjoyed the food even though im a veggie cuz this is my fav place to eat now. I loved the pancakes with custard and strawberry sauce! I can't wait to go again, although maybe the price should ... (read more)go down a bit.

I just wanted to comment on your Bluewater store, and the great service I always get there.

I'd say that I've been going at least once a week since the store opened, so clearly, I enjoy the food. ... (read more)But the best thing about each visit is the attitude of your staff. They are always friendly and genuinely interested in making sure I have a nice meal.

Today, I was served by Leanne. You're lucky to have such a great waitress working for you. She's always very friendly and does a excellent job when serving customers and really makes a visit to Yo Sushi so much more than just about the food.

Whenever I go, I'm always impressed by the welcome, the attentiveness and the attitude you have (and the food!).

In fact, you should know that so many of your staff do a really great job - I should be equally complimentary about Dilki, Anita, Rob, Anna and many others whose names I can't remember since you don't wear the badges any more :). The staff in the kitchen too! They are all superb.

Presumably you have a set of operating standards, and things the staff need to say or ensure get done when customer visits, but it never feels like that when I go. Your staff seem genuinely interested in making sure I have a good meal (rather than some other chains of restaurant where sometimes it feels that staff are "reading off a script").

Your staff and your service are the best thing about Yo Sushi, and it seems to be a culture that's endured since Angela was managing the restaurant (quite a few years ago now). I hope you appreciate what a great job they all do.

Its always a delight after a hard days work of shopping, to stop off at YO! to consumer as much as you can, and then back off to the shops!
Food as always is excellent, prices are apt, and the atmosphere ... (read more)is great with the go round! Service was a bit... poor, but what can u expect at bluewater on a saturday lunchtime... :) Definately recommend!
