(read more)The waiter was friendly and helpful, the food was good and the head chef let my 2 boys into the kitchen to make sushi rolls, which they loved. You made the night very special for us. (read more)both 13 who have been many times before and i loved the experience the service was unreal and the waitress Taylor sat down explained everying to us i cant eat certain things but they made my ffod to order and it was decvive and what value for money my girls loved it the rice was fantasic chefs there catered for me and i never once felt left out are bill was 40 which was fantasic as the girls eat good quality food and veg and its so important Taylor was amazing and served us with such profesianlsm and wen we needed her she was always there to help even the guy who took are bill and the till was so nice i would defo go back again and will be making this a regualr thing thankyou everyone at you shushi liverpool it was fantasic we had a fab time xxx

After asking for some sauce on the noodles I ordered the manager was extremely polite and helpful. He sent the noodles back and ensured i got a fresh order. Visited your Liverpool branch on the 31st Oct. This was the 1st time my partner had been to a Yo Sushi, and has someone who is intolerant of wheat she is always weary when visiting restaurants, as often ... (read more)waiting staff can be very unhelpful with regards to allergies. However on this occasion this was not the case. The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to ensure all the food we were served was wheat and gluten free. A special mention though has to be made to the head chef, who not only went through the entire menu with my partner but personally cooked all her food and checked all the ingredients himself.
The level of service shown to us was exceptional and much better than we have received in some places costing 2-3 times more.

We were on holiday from America, visiting Dublin, Liverpool and London. ... (read more)We stopped in at the Liverpool location and could not be more happy with our experience. The staff were helpful, courteous, and efficient. The dining experience for us was unlike any other we had ever had.

It only left us with one question: Why on earth do you not have one of these in the US?! Please, please, please begin a market over there. The $1100 plane ticket is a bit much to pay for this awesome awesome experience! I would suggest NC as a nice starting place! I would love to be able to go! Thank you soooo much!

The quality of the food they sell is top of the range at a good price. ... Hi all

I am writing to share an experience we had at your Liverpool ONE restaurant recently. ... (read more)It was my boyfriend's birthday on December 28th, and, with the help of some kindly donated Christmas money he decided he wanted to go to Yo!.

To make it a bit special I got there early and asked one of your staff members there if I could book a much-coveted booth and told him why. He said that they weren't supposed to make bookings, but after giving him a bit of a pleading look he told me to come back 15 minutes before I wanted my booth and he would see what he could do.

He was as good as his word and when I came back later, he had managed to secure me a really nice booth. He also kindly offered to take my surprise birthday cake and bring it out when I wanted it, and was kind, efficient and attentive to us for the entire duration of our meal. During his break, he got his colleague to look after us and made sure she knew about bringing the cake, which she did and even lit a candle on it for us. They were both lovely, pleasant and attentive and it was a joy to eat there that night.

At the end of the evening, he asked us if we had the birthday voucher, which we didn't. My boyfriend's birthday is on the 28th December and he hadn't checked his email all over the Christmas holiday even though we are both members of the Yo club (he signed us up himself in the restaurant once). He checked with his manager who agreed to let us have the discount, which was a lovely surprise and something we were not expecting - so we made sure and gave them a tenner tip with which to have a well-deserved end-of-shift drink.

I would just like to say that it is because of staff members like these two at Liverpool ONE that we will return time and time again to Yo Sushi. We do love the food and the ambience as well, but staff like this make the difference between eating out there three times a month and popping in for a takeout once every couple of months. As I'm sure you're aware, Tesco are just down the road and do a very competitive line in lunchtime sushi at a fraction of your prices... so to choose eating from you as opposed to grabbing a takeaway box and putting the other 40-odd quid away for a rainy day has a lot to do with how welcome you're made to feel.

Waiting-on staff like this are rare in the restaurant industry,whether you're eating at McDonalds or Claridges. Their names are Taylor and Jak. Do NOT let them go. In fact, if you do any 'marvellous staff member' prizes or thankyous on a regular basis, I hereby nominate these two!

Thanks again, we will surely be back once your January Sale kicks in (oh yes, they sold us on that too, AND your Sushi School, which they suggested would make a great gift for NEXT year's birthday!)

I love love love sushi and was thrilled when a branch opened in Liverpool. The food is out of this world and the service is excellent. When I was last there a lone dining school boy sat next to me (a Yo ... (read more)virgin) and was taken care of impeccably by the waitress.
The choice of dishes is vast and it makes no difference whether its a Monday lunchtime or a Saturday night.
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

For all the restaurants that I visit in the YO! Sushi empire, this new addition is by far the most appealing.

The service is incredible, the management clearly have a tight handle on the efficiency ... (read more)of the team members and the restaurant staff seem to work very well with the staff in the kitchen - which is always a joy to see!

The food somehow seems to be of a better quality here than in some of the other restaurants, where the sashimi can be a little on the 'thin' side... and one detail that always excites me is the fact that the lemon and lime garnishes are NEVER touching the fish to ruin the cut!

Value is prevalant across the brand and I think from a sales angle the staff here seem to be very good at influencing the purchase of 'add on' products such as beers and wines - there is one young man who is very good at this - A native liverpudlian with a tiny waist.

In addition to this I must say that the General Manager always makes a point of being out in the restaurant and works WITH the team.

All in all excellent! Love it!
