Hi, I'm from Switzerland and I came in London last weekend. I ate at Yo!Sushi (County Hall) and I just want to say that it was a nice moment !! We've been visiting Yosushi County Hall since we arrived here in London. ... (read more)The manger and her team were very helpful and you can see that they are enjoying their work.

Today there was an incident that happened which was shocking how customers here behave to people who are doing their job well. Alma and her team were as usual doing their job, I think the one assigned on the hot food area was not that competent on his work. We've been observing him. All orders coming in were piled up and he was not serving any. Alma came to apologise for the delays and she went to ask somebody ( i think the headchef) to help him so food can be served. She was advising him to do what comes first and ask for help from his colleagues if he has lots of orders and not to prentend that he knows everything. As a manager that's her job to look after her customers that they received what they ordered on time.

The annoying part was that, there was a family seated in a booth, they were not well mannered. They were a bit rude to servers and all the time asking them something. They think they were the only customer to be served. When they went to pay the man was shouting at Alma who was on the till, telling her that she should not be a manager because of the way she treats her staff and customers and he will write to the CEO of Yosushi to complain. She was very apologetic to them if she did something wrong but the man keep on bragging he is a manager of his businees as well and he know better than her.

Why will Alma apologise for something she did not do. You can see on her face the shock why this man was behaving like an animal. I don't know how you deal with compalin in your company but this is not right.

As a customer and a business woman myself, Alma is a great leader, motivator and a good manager, she chats to each and everyone and tell her customers what your company offers. Me and my husband really admire her of how she promotes your company.

We will be visiting this branch and recommend to my friends whenever we come for holiday to London. I want to say thank you to the team for looking after us on our stay and especially to their lovely manager Alma for educating us about Yosushi.

We had just attended a private view event and thought we would tie-in a visit to the new look County Hall with the added bonus of the Blue Monday offer. We had a great time last night and my partner, who ... (read more)isn't a sushi fan, is now truly converted. In fact couldn't stop them eating more than me! We really appreciate the Blue Monday offer as it gives us a chance to try lots of super new tastes at bargain prices - which we wouldn't normally be able to afford. Can we also pass on our thanks to the exceptionally friendly and cheerful team at County Hall last night making the eating event even more special. Keep up the good work :)
