YO! Sushi Paddington Station

WE NEED A YO SUSHI 16 Aug 2010

I live in exeter in devon and we NEED a yo sushi so badly..there is just nowere to get good sushi down here!! please open one here!! :)

About 2 and a half months ago I had a terrible experience at yo sushi paddington. I ordered two dishes, neither of which came. The waiter forgot my drink, and there was hardly any food on the belt. I complained ... (read more)to the manager at the time, and he offered me a complimentary meal. Ever since I returned to the restaurant for that meal everything has improved. There is more food on the belt. The staff are more attentive, and friendlier, and the overall standard of service has risen massively. I would like to offer my congratulations to the team there for achieving such a significant turn around in such a relatively short period of time. I had connsidered never coming back to the restaurant but now I am glad that I did.

I'd like to congratulate you on the improvements made at the paddington branch. I used to eat there before but stopped a few months back after being frequently disappointed with the food and service. I ... (read more)love yo sushi so I thought i'd give it a try again on saturday as I was in the area, and I was amazed at the turnaround. The food was much more appetising than before,with a far better selection. I was even offered fresh hot food as I sat and ate! The service was much friendlier and far more competent. The whole experience just seemed far better organized, I didn't recognize the manager so I assume that this branch has changed hands. I will definitely return and hope that this excellent service continues.

I visited this branch of Yo! on Wednesday and felt compelled to write in. It was a busy evening and the staff were clearly under a lot of pressure (they seemed under staffed). Despite this, I received ... (read more)enthusiastic, cheery service from clearly hardworking staff. I am well aware that customers are more likely to complain than they are to praise. Being in the industry myself, I want to acknowledge the good service that I received under what I could see were tough circumstances. I think the manager was John that night. I hope that he will be shown this message. Thank you to everyone working that night.

The food was brilliant. I'll be visiting again!

I would like to congratulate the staff at paddington for a wonderful dining experience. I had never eaten at yo sushi before, and was very unsure because of various dietary restrictions. The manager, who ... (read more)I found out was called John, noticed me hovering and invited me to join them in the restaurant. Having explained my requirements to him, he spent some time with me picking out all the things on the menu I'd be able to eat, and giving me recommendations. He was very patient and not at all rushed,even though the restaurant was very busy. I was made to feel very welcome,and if this is typical of the level of service offered at yo sushi then I shall certainly be returning. Also, a young girl that was working was very polite and friendly. And the food was simply wonderful. Congratulations,

Food was great and I was regularly updated by the chef on when my freshly prepared food would arrive. I had 20 mins to eat and was all done comfortably within that time.
